Appointment Book

MasterVision has an appointment book that is integrated with all other features of the program. This provides you with one concise location that lets you know everything that is going on in your school.

MasterVision’s appointment book features:

MasterVision automatically makes entries to the appointment book. Some of these are: students who missed a class, students who have not attended in a certain number of days, students due to renew, students who are delinquent on a contract payment, prospects who are due for a callback, missed introductory lessons.

Manually enter your own appointment book entries.

The appointment book shows date, time and a short message. Messages are sorted in date and time order.

If the entry is concerned with a student, the student’s name, phone numbers, parent name and notes appear on the bottom of the screen. Double-clicking on an entry will take you to the full student information screens.

Tracks employee that entered the appointment book item

Manual entries to the appointment book can be assigned to a specific employee. Reports will print everything in the appointment book assigned to an employee.

Appointment book can be filtered by employee so that each employee has a clearly defined to-do list.

Appointment book can also be filtered to show students between certain ranks or certain message types.

Items in the appointment book can be reassigned to another employee or rescheduled for a different date and time.
