MasterVision handles all of your attendance chores. Take attendance quickly and easily and see that information in reports and graphs to know how your school is doing.

MasterVision’s attendance features:

An unlimited class schedule can be created. Class schedule records date, time, and the ranks that should be attending that class.

Quickly take attendance for a class using bar-codes or entering student ID numbers. MasterVision creates bar-code labels or ID cards for you.

After taking attendance, an instructor’s report is created which groups students by rank and stripe so that the big classes can be quickly and easily divided up. The report shows the vital student information: name, next exam date, objective, medical conditions, notes, and any financial warnings.

After class, the quick update feature easily records any changes in the student information.

For each student, record the classes they are supposed to attend. MasterVision automatically places an entry in the appointment book for students who miss a scheduled class.

Each class can have a scheduled instructor and student instructors.

Activity count reports show how many students attended in the last week and for the month. These totals are compared to 1 month ago, 3 months ago, and 1 year ago.

Attendance count report shows how many classes each student has taken in a date range. Order report by highest number of classes to see who the most frequent students are.

Attendance over time report shows all classes a student took in a date range.

Class enrollment reports show how many students are scheduled for each class. Easily determine your under- and over- booked classes.

One Year attendance graph shows the number of students who attended in each one week period for an entire year.

Three year attendance graph shows the number of active students you had each month over a three year period.
