Records name, address, phone number, parent name, age, sex, and notes.

Records the source of the prospect’s call. Reports show you how many prospects each source produced, the number of intro lessons those prospects took, and how many of those students enrolled. You also get cost per prospect and cost per enrollment automatically.

Easily records if an existing student referred the prospect. The referring student’s information is updated as well.

Adding an additional family member is done quickly without having to reenter any redundant information.

Easily schedule introductory lessons for the prospect. Scheduler shows you name, age, and times of other introductory lessons for a certain date so that you can group intro lessons together.

Follow-up callbacks and/or second introductory lessons are handled quickly and easily when recording the initial introductory class.

Week at a glance and 2 week at a glance reports show you how many intro appointments you have, which days they are coming in, and what times.
