Records information on students including name, address, phone numbers, birthday, age, sex, current rank, enrollment date, expiration date, next exam date, last exam date, last exam result, medical conditions, equipment they own.

Unlimited free-form notes can be kept with each student.

A quick copy feature is provided to instantly create a second student based on the first student’s information. Entering the information for an entire family is easy and fast.

An unlimited number of responsible parties (parents) can be associated with each student. The responsible parties screen tracks names, address, phone numbers, and relation type to the student.

One student can share an address with other students and responsible parties. Update the address/phone for one student and all other students have their address/phone updated as well.

A quick update screen makes updating frequently changing student information quick and easy. Changing a student’s rank, next exam date, class schedule or notes is a quick and painless process.

Tracks the status of the student of automatically: Active, Inactive (have not attended for a user defined # of days), Expired, or Temporarily Inactive.

Students who have not attended in a user-defined number of days are automatically placed in the appointment book.

Temporarily inactive students automatically become active when a resume date is reached or when they next attend class.

Students can belong to an unlimited number of user-created groups and clubs.

Attendance counts are automatically updated showing number of lessons, classes assisted with, and instructor training classes taken. Each category shows lessons taken during the lifetime of the student and lessons for their current rank. Date of the student’s last attendance is shown.

Referrals are kept for all students. Reports show you referrals that have yet to be contacted, referrals that joined the school, and referrals that did not join.

Track outside groups your students belong to such as schools, scout troops, and churches. Reports show you which students belong to which groups.

End of day procedure automatically changes a student’s status if they haven’t attended lately, makes a student active if their resume date has been reached, and posts any warnings about a delinquent contract payment.

Find a student by pin number, last name, or by parent’s last name. MasterVision is incredibly fast. Finding a student by name is instantaneous even with 1000+ students.

A quick status report prints out all of the student’s vital information. Handy for parent-student conferences or just as a paper copy.
