Contracts
In Options, Contract Tab; you can now set what the next contract
number should be.
The button to open the contract pricing is sorted by the new
Order field from contract pricing.
Contract Pricing
Added an "order" field which lets you put the contract
pricing into whatever order you like. The button on the contract
form then shows the pricing in this order. The sorting is by order
and then by name.
Options
Contract tab now has buttons where you can set the message to
appear on statements when the student is current, 30 days overdue,
60 days overdue, and 90 days overdue (or whatever days you use).
Report: Statements
Now has messages that appear at the bottom of the statement. The
messages are controlled by how long overdue the account is. You
can set the statements in Tools > Options.
Report: Who's Testing
Was showing all students instead of only Active students. Fixed.

Student: Expire and Renewal
If you manually change the expire date on a student, the renewal
date will be automatically set to 30 days previous. You can control
this setting in Tools > Options, Contract tab.
Verify Data
The Verify Data routine would only find one duplicate pin each
time you ran it. Fixed it to find all of them.

Appointment Book

If a student is enrolled in a class and does not attend that class,
a "Missed Class" entry is added to the appointment book.
You can control how many days absent the student must be before

End of Day
Any "Missed Class" entries are removed at the end of
the day.

Attendance

Attendance
Double-clicking on someone in the Enroll list would cause them

The Buyer on the contract can now be a student on the contract

Student
If you change a PIN number, you get a warning asking if you really
want to do that.
Anytime you are in the PIN number field, MasterVision will check
to see if the PIN number is already being used. You'll get a warning
if it is.
Student: Contact
Added a new button that creates a new contact and copies over
the address and phone numbers from the contact to the student.
This contact is tied automatically to the student.
Options: Student
You can now enter the next PIN number you want to use.
Verify Data
The conversion program was creating payments for voided contracts.
The Tools > System Tools > Verify Data will fix that.
If you have space at the front of the first or last name, the
find screen will not find them. Adding a routine to Verify Data
that will remove spaces at the front.
